Masonic Ladies Night Photographer – the South and South East of England
Black Tie Event Photos are professional event photographers and have around 10 years experience of providing professional photography for Masonic Ladies Nights, Masonic Ladies Festival Weekends and Ladies Festival Dinners. More recently we have also covered a Masonic Gentlemans Night too.
As specialist event photographers we are throughout the year called upon by Freemasons Lodges to photograph Masonic Ladies Festivals and Ladies Night Dinners of all sizes throughout the South of England and South East of England. We should add that the coverage map below is not exhaustive as we do have a list of loyal Masonic Lodges when we are asked to travel further afield particularly if they are hosting a Ladies Festival Weekend at the Coast, Historic City Centre or Country House Hotel.

Where do we provide coverage?
We provide Ladies Night Photography and Masonic Gentlemans Night Photography throughout the South of England and South East England including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, East & West Sussex and Wiltshire. What can we as specialist Event Photographers provide for your Ladies Night?

What’s the normal format for the evening?
Our normal approach to covering an evening is that we will arrive an hour in advance of your drinks reception. Our aim will be to locate a suitable natural backdrop inside your venue close to the drinks but as we have had the privilege of attending many Ladies Festivals, we have learned to be very adaptable and do carry with us a cloth studio backdrop and lights just in case there is nothing suitable.
We will capture your guests in all of the finery upon their arrival at the Drinks Reception and whilst you are dining we process and print the photographs for viewing by your guests later in the evening- usually when the speeches have concluded. This is a far more relaxed approach compared to some photographers that print and sell immediately at the pre dinner drinks when you would doubtless prefer to be socialising.
Helpful Hints – things to consider before engaging a Photographer
As we remain throughout the evening if guests missed out on having their photo or want a group photo with friends we will happily oblige after dinner.
Depending upon the format of your evening, the guest numbers and the layout of your venue, when the meal is over our mini studio can spring into action*. That’s when the fun starts particularly when your guests discover our props box with feather boas and hats. Everyone likes the excuse to dress up.
*only possible when space has been allocated for a mini studio to take the arrival photos.
What can we provide for your Guests?
With our “state of the art” equipment we will deliver high quality instant photos. These large 6″ x 8″ photos will include a title commemorating your Ladies Night and are presented in quality black card mounts.
What does it cost the Organisers?
It’s generally FREE** for us to attend as we charge guests for the photographs that they decide to buy.
**For numbers under 80 attendees we might require to charge an attendance fee – sorry but we cannot help if your numbers are not at least 60.
We do not require a booking fee but if you cancel our services within 30 days of the original date of your event we shall charge a fee of £150.
Considered a Photograph as a Ladies Night Gift?
If you are stuck for ideas for Ladies Night gifts how about providing each lady (couple) with a souvenir photograph. As with all our photographs they will provided in a card mount or you might like to upgrade to a frame.
Another option is for you to pay for us to provide the guests second photo for free. Recently used this format at a Ladies Night and the guests really appreciated the generosity of the Host.
