Black Tie Event Photos provide professional event photography throughout the counties of South of England and have considerable experience providing photography at Masonic Ladies Festival Dinners, Masonic Ladies Festival Weekends and Masonic Ladies Nights.
As professional event photographers, we are commissioned by Freemasons Lodges to attend Masonic Ladies Festivals and Masonic Ladies Night Dinners throughout the South of England taking in West Sussex, Dorset, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey including Camberley, Epsom, Farnham, Dorking, Guildford, Horley, Redhill & Reigate and neighbouring Crawley, West Sussex.
Our map below of course isn’t set in concrete and for our regular Masonic Lodges we often travel to adjoining counties particularly when they organise a Masonic Ladies Festival Weekend at the Coast, in a Historic City Centre Hotel or a Country House retreat.

What will we add to your Ladies Night?
We produce studio quality portrait photographs and with our modern on-site dye sublimation printer which prints on the spot your guests can take a souvenir photograph away with them. How will we handle your evening?
Arriving well in advance of your guests, we will locate a suitable backdrop where to set up close to the drinks reception area. However, we have learned from attending many Ladies Nights that we need to be adaptable so carry with us an attractive cloth studio backdrop and studio lights in case the background isn’t suitable.
As guests arrive we will photograph couples and family groups in all their finery, then whilst you are dining and have the speeches, we will edit and print them for viewing by your guests when the formal side of the evening is concluded. We have found this approach works well, preferring not to follow the system adopted by other photographers that print and sell immediately the photographs have been taken – we know you would prefer to be catch up with friends over a drink.
Helpful Hints – things to consider before engaging a Photographer
As we remain until later in the evening, if anyone missed out on having their photo taken upon arrival or would like a group photo with friends, we will happily undertake this after dinner.
Depending upon the format of your night, the number of attendees and the availability of space at the venue, when the meal is over we can make introduce our mini studio*. This gives guests the opportunity to have a bit of fun particularly when guests spot our props box with feather boas and hats. Everyone likes the excuse to dress up – particularly the men we have found!
*only possible when space has been allocated for a mini studio to take the arrival photos.
What can we provide for your Guests?
With our modern dye sublimation printers we can deliver high quality photographs in a matter of seconds. These large 6″ x 8″ photos can include a title commemorating your particular Ladies Festival and are provided in quality black card strut mounts.
What do we charge for attending?
Generally we will attend your Ladies Festival for FREE* relying on guests purchasing photographs.
*For numbers under 80 attendees we generally require to charge an attendance fee – sorry but we cannot provide our services if your numbers are not at least 60.
Another option for smaller gatherings and avoiding our attendance fee is for us to provide each couple with a photo by way of the Ladies Festival gift
We do not require a booking fee but if you cancel our services within 30 days of the original date of your event we shall charge a fee of £150.
Need some help with your Ladies Festival gifts?
If you are lost for ideas for your Ladies Night gifts how about commissioning us to provide each lady (couple) with a souvenir photograph. As with all our photographs they will be supplied in a card mount unless you decide to have us mount them in a frame.
Another option is for you to pay for us to provide the guests’ second photo for free. Recently used this format at a Ladies Night and the guests really appreciated the generosity of the Host.

We provide Ladies Festival Photography throughout the South East of England including Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Wiltshire. The map below and our event coverage page show our normal geographic coverage but of course for special events we will consider travelling further afield.
