Berkshire has many hotels for you to choose from and many that cater for Festival Weekends – De Vere’s Wokefield Park nr Reading, or their Beaumont Estate nr Windsor, the Royal Berkshire Hotel in Ascot, Oakley Court Hotel on the Thames nr Windsor, to name but a few.

What can we provide for your Ladies Festival?

We produce quality studio quality portrait photographs and with our on-site printer your guests can take a souvenir photograph home with them.  Please  glance at our Gallery  where you can see just a few examples of our work from previous Ladies Festivals.

How will we handle you evening?

We will arrive at least an hour in advance of your guests arriving for the drinks reception. We will try to locate a suitable backdrop within the venue venue close to the drinks reception. However, we have learned from attending many Ladies Festivals that we need to be adaptable so do carry with us a cloth studio backdrop and lights just in case there is nothing suitable.

We shall photograph your guests in all their finery upon their arrival at the Drinks Reception and whilst you dine and have the speeches, we edit and print the photos for viewing by your guests when the formal side of the evening is concluded.  This is a more preferable approach compared to some photographers that print and sell immediately they have been taken when you would doubtless prefer to be catching up with friends.

Helpful Hints – things to consider before engaging a Photographer

Since we remain until late in the evening, for guests that missed out on having their photos at the start of the evening or would like a group photo with friends, we shall happily oblige after dinner.

Depending upon the form of your evening, the number of guests and the layout of your venue, when the meal is over we can make introduce our mini studio*.  This is when the fun starts particularly when guests spot our props box with feather boas and hats. Everyone likes the excuse to dress up – surprisingly the men!

*only possible when space has been allocated for a mini studio to take the arrival photos.

What can we provide for your Guests?

With our “state of the art” printers we deliver high quality instant photos. These large 6″ x 8″ photos can include a title commemorating your Ladies Festival and are provided in quality black strut mounts.

What do we charge for our attendance?

Generally we will attend for  FREE**  since we charge guests for the photographs that they purchase.

**For numbers under 80 attendees we generally require to charge an attendance fee – sorry but we cannot provide our services if your numbers are not at least 60.

We do not require a booking fee but if you cancel our services within 30 days of the original date of your event we shall charge a fee of £150.

Have you considered providing a photograph as a Ladies Festival Gift?

If you are pondering ideas for Ladies Night gifts how about providing each lady (couple) with a souvenir photograph.  As with all our photographs we will provide them in a card mount or you might like to have us mount them in a frame.

Another option is for you to pay for us to provide the guests with their second photo for free.  Recently used this format at a Ladies Night and the guests really appreciated the generosity of the Host.

We provide Ladies Night Photography throughout the South of England and South East England including Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, East & West Sussex an Wiltshire.  The map below or our event coverage page shows our normal geographic coverage but of course for our loyal clients and for special events we often travel further afield.
