Black Tie Event Photos provide professional event photography throughout the South and have many years experience providing photographers for Masonic Ladies Festival Weekends, Masonic Ladies Festival Dinners and Masonic Ladies Nights.

During our year, as professional event photographers, we are called upon by Freemasons Lodges to attend Masonic Ladies Festivals and Masonic Ladies Night Dinners throughout the South of England taking in West Sussex, Dorset and Hampshire including Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton, Basingstoke, Brockenhurst, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot and Petersfield.   

Our map below of course isn’t set in concrete and for our list of loyal Masonic Lodges we very regularly travel to adjoining counties particularly when they organise a Masonic Ladies Festival Weekend on the  Coast, in a Historic City Centre or a Country House retreat.

So many nice hotels to choose from in Hampshire and many experts when it come to Festival Weekends – Norton Park near historic Winchester, The Elvetham in the North of the county, Botley Park Hotel close to Southampton or Rhinefield House in the heart of the New Forest.

What will we add to your Ladies Night?

We produce quality studio quality portrait photographs and with our modern on-site dye sublimation printer your guests can take a souvenir photograph away with them.  Click through to our Gallery  where you can see just a few examples of photos from previous Ladies Nights.

How will we handle you evening?

Arriving at least an hour in advance of your guests, we will locate a suitable backdrop within the venue close to the drinks reception. However, we have learned from attending many Ladies Festivals that we need to be flexible so do carry with us a cloth studio backdrop and studio lights in case the background isn’t suitable.

As guests arrive we will photograph them in all their finery, then whilst you dine and have the speeches, we will edit and print them for viewing by your guests when the formal side of the evening is concluded.  This is a more preferable approach compared to other photographers that print and sell immediately they have been taken when you would doubtless prefer to be catching up with friends over a drink.

Helpful Hints – things to consider before engaging a Photographer

As we remain until later in the evening, if guests missed out on having their photos upon arrival or would like a group photo with friends, we will happily oblige after dinner.

Depending upon the form of your night, the number of attendees and the layout of your venue, when the meal is over we can make introduce our mini studio*.  This is when the fun starts particularly when guests spot our props box with feather boas and hats. Everyone likes the excuse to dress up – particularly the men it seems!

*only possible when space has been allocated for a mini studio to take the arrival photos.

What can we provide for your Guests?

With our modern dye sublimation printers we deliver high quality instant photos. These large 6″ x 8″ photos can include a title commemorating your particular Ladies Festival and are provided in quality black card strut mounts.

What do we charge for our attendance?

Generally we will attend your Ladies Festival for FREE* relying on guests purchasing photographs.

*For numbers under 80 attendees we generally require to charge an attendance fee – sorry but we cannot provide our services if your numbers are not at least 60.

Another option for smaller gatherings and avoiding our attendance fee is for us to provide each couple with a photo by way of the Ladies Festival gift

We do not require a booking fee but if you cancel our services within 30 days of the original date of your event we shall charge a fee of £150.

Could we help with your Ladies Festival gifts?

If you are short of ideas for Ladies Night gifts how about commissioning us to provide each lady (couple) with a souvenir photograph.  As with all our photographs we will provide them in a card mount or you might like to have us to mount them in a frame.

Another option is for you to pay for us to provide the guests’ second photo for free.  Recently used this format at a Ladies Night and the guests really appreciated the generosity of the Host.

We provide Ladies Night Photography throughout the South of England and South East England including Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Wiltshire.  The map below or our event coverage page shows our normal geographic coverage but of course for special events we often travel elsewhere.
