Masonic Ladies Festival Photographer Oxfordshire
Masonic Ladies Night Photography in Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Chipping Norton, Abingdon & Witney
At BlackTieEventPhotos.com we provide top quality event photography throughout the Southern counties of England and have many years experience providing event photographers for Masonic Ladies Festival Weekends, Masonic Ladies Festival Dinners and Masonic Ladies Nights.
As professional event photographers with a high reputation, we are called upon by Freemasons Lodges to photograph their Masonic Ladies Festivals and Masonic Ladies Night Dinners. Our assignments take us to counties throughout the South of England including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey and of course Oxfordshire including the wonderful Oxford itself and the neighbouring towns of Banbury, Bicester, Chipping Norton, Abingdon and Witney.
Our coverage map that can be found below isn’t set in concrete and we very regularly travel to adjoining counties particularly when our regular loyal clients organise a Masonic Ladies Festival Weekend on the popular South Coast, in a Historic City Centre such as Oxford or a Country House retreat.
Perhaps your plan is a Ladies Festival Weekend at Oxford Spires; Oxford Belfry; Jurys Inn or in the countryside at the Crown Plaza, Heythrop Park, Eynsham Hall or De Vere’s Oxford Thames Hotel. There are so many nice venues in Oxfordshire.
Don’t just take our word for the quality of our service:
“You were amazing and yes they loved it!
Thank you very much we were really happy
with your set up and photography skills.
I will recommend you to everyone.”
Soraya
Why choose us for your Ladies Night?
The reason we regularly get called back year on year is that we produce studio quality portrait photographs and with our modern on-site dye sublimation printer your guests can take souvenir photographs away with them. Click through to our Gallery where you can see just a few examples of photos from previous Masonic Ladies Nights.
What does our attendance involve?
Arriving at least an hour in advance of your guests, we will locate a suitable backdrop within your chosen venue, preferably close to the drinks reception so we don’t go unnoticed. However, we have learned from attending many events that we need to be ready for every eventuality, so we do carry with us a cloth studio backdrop and studio lights in case the background isn’t right.
As your guests arrive we will photograph them in all their finery, then whilst you are enjoying your meal and have the speeches, we will edit and print them for viewing by your guests when the formal side of the evening is finished. This is a more preferable approach compared to that adopted by other photographers who print and sell immediately they have been taken, just when you would doubtless prefer to be catching up with friends over a drink.
Helpful Hints – things to consider before engaging a Photographer
Since we don’t rush off after taking the photographs, if guests missed out on having their photos upon arrival or would like a group photo with family and friends, we will happily oblige later in the evening.
Depending upon the format of your particular Ladies Festival, the number of attendees and the suitability of your venue, when the meal is over we can make introduce our mini studio*. This is when the fun starts particularly when guests spot our box of props with feather boas and hats. Everyone likes the excuse to dress up – particularly the men it appears!
*only possible when space has been allocated for a mini studio to take the arrival photos.
What will your guests receive?
With our modern dye sublimation printers we are able to deliver high quality photos in a matter of seconds. These large 6″ x 8″ photos which are placed in quality black strut mounts can include a title at the foot detailing your particular Ladies Festival.
Do we charge for our attendance?
Generally we will attend your Ladies Festival for FREE* relying on guests purchasing photographs.
*For numbers under 80 attendees we generally require to charge an attendance fee – sorry but we cannot provide our services if your numbers are not at least 60.
Another option for smaller gatherings and avoiding our attendance fee is for us to provide each couple with a photo by way of the Ladies Festival gift
We do not require a booking fee but if you cancel our services within 30 days of the original date of your event we shall charge a fee of £150.
How about a photograph as your Ladies Festival gift?
If you have organised numerous Ladies Festival you might be short of ideas for your Ladies Night gifts. How about commissioning us to provide each lady (couple) with a souvenir photograph. As with all our photographs we will provide them in a card mount or you might like to have us to mount them in a frame.
Another option is for you to pay for us to provide the guests’ second photo for free. Recently used this format at a Ladies Night and the guests really appreciated the generosity of the Host.
Do we cover your area?
We provide Ladies Night Photography throughout the South of England and South East of England including Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Wiltshire. Our map below or our event coverage page shows our normal territory but for special events we we will consider travelling further afield.
